ASSOCIATE LAWYER POSITION

We are seeking a recently called associate to join our Trademark Prosecution and Litigation Groups. Preference will be given to candidates who have an interest and experience in trademark law and litigation in the Federal Court. We provide comprehensive training to our associates with a focus on passing the Trademark Agent exam. Current agents are also invited to apply. A successful candidate will work with senior trademark agents/lawyers to service a robust existing practice.

We are also seeking an associate to join our Patent Prosecution Group as a patent agent/patent agent trainee. An undergraduate degree in engineering or applied science will be considered an asset.
