EXTENSION OF DUE DATES
**Due dates falling on Monday, 17 February 2025 will not be treated as a holiday, and are not extended. Please ensure to provide our office with instructions prior to 9:00 a.m. EST on Friday, 14 February 2025 for all due dates falling on 15, 16 or 17 February 2025.
Patents | Trademarks | Industrial Designs Due dates falling on either a Saturday or Sunday, on the first Monday in August, and on any of the remaining above-mentioned National or Quebec holidays, are extended to the next day on which the Canadian Intellectual Property Office is open for business.
