Julianna Felendzer is an IP lawyer whose practice includes trademark prosecution including, filing and drafting trademark applications, and litigation.
Julianna completed the joint Juris Doctor and Master of Environmental Studies program at Osgoode Hall Law School and York University, where she wrote her major research paper on the failures of the Sidewalk Toronto development from an intellectual property law perspective. While in law school, Julianna was a student editor for the Intellectual Property Law Journal, completed Osgoode’s Intellectual Property Law & Technology Intensive Program, and was a member of the finalist team for the 2020 Oxford Intellectual Property Law Moot. Julianna completed her articles in the legal department of a multi-national company and is currently involved in the executive of the Information Technology and Intellectual Property Law as well as the Entertainment, Media, and Communications Law sections of the Ontario Bar Association.
