Kevin Voth is an IP lawyer whose practice includes drafting, filing and prosecuting patent applications relating to chemistry, biochemistry, biotechnology and pharmaceutical science.
Kevin completed his undergraduate degree in biochemistry before pursuing graduate studies in structural biology. After earning his Ph.D., Kevin worked as a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Saskatchewan. Kevin is deeply familiar with phage display, molecular biology, protein purification, crystallization, and molecular structure determination.
Kevin has been with Riches, McKenzie & Herbert LLP since being called to the bar in June 2024. Before joining the firm, Kevin articled at a prominent pharmaceutical litigation firm where he was exposed to many aspects of patent litigation and drafted complex invalidity allegations relating to biologic and small molecule drug patents.
